Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill orders domestically within the United States to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our drying racks.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse facilities located in the United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No handling or additional delivery fees apply at checkout.

Tax Information

  • Sales Tax: Since we ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. However, applicable Sales Tax may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and state laws (including Washington state, if applicable).
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout, including any applicable sales tax, is the final price you will pay.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. If your destination (such as US Territories or APO/FPO addresses) is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email to monitor your drying rack's progress.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as severe weather, logistical disruptions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
